This was purchased as a housewarming gift for our granddaughter but she says that she loves cooking with it since her new place has a gas range and she has always used electric before.

Overall I am happy with the quality and price of the set. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is that the lids on the pots cannot be interchanged for the pans. My previous set had this and I found it to be very helpful. Also, the handles can occasionally get hot even when using the right sized burner. Other than this, it is a beautiful set that works well.

I have this set for 2 months now. its great but the only disappointment is to keep the copper part of the set as new. i use bar keepers friend with every use to keep it clean and shiny other wise it gives a very bad look and i dont find that convenient; spending few minutes on every pan with each use as i use these pans daily . If i leave it to next time , it takes even more effort to clean them .Any suggestions?

I did a bunch of research before buying new pots and pans. The reviews I read on this set made me believe that it was the best value for the money. The set arrived in beautiful condition and has remained that way with a good hand washing and drying.
The negatives I saw in the reviews here were that things were sticking and the handles got hot. I have not had a problem with either. In my opinion and from my experience the people who had food stick to the pans need to alter their cooking methods. Non-stick cookware, aside from not lasting very long and being dangerous to your health, has removed oils and butter from many peoples recipies. As for the handles getting hot, you need to use a burner that is equal to or smaller in size than the bottom of the cookware. I use the proper size burners and even when cooking at high temperatures my handles stay cool to the touch.
Hopefully this helps.
